Cabrio Comfort module to facilitate the opening and closing process of the convertible top for the following vehicles:

- Independent opening and closing process using the standard radio remote control and the convertible top switch in the interior

Features comfort module:

For safety reasons, the opening or closing process can be interrupted at any time using the standard radio remote control.
If the vehicle's specified speed of 50 km / h is exceeded, the opening or closing process is briefly interrupted.
If the speed falls below the permissible maximum, within 10 seconds, the opening or closing process continues.

Note:

Regarding the quiescent current: The standby function means that a control unit consumes electricity. Even complex control units in motor vehicles should not consume more than 2.0 mA quiescent current. B. the battery is not drained during a vacation and starting the vehicle becomes impossible. This developed module uses less than 0.1 mA due to the modern and high quality architecture.
The module does not contain automatic pinch protection, so that the operator must ensure that there are no objects or people (especially children) in the area of the convertible top's closing zones during the closing process. It is therefore imperative that the entire closing process is monitored by the operator. If people come close to the convertible top, the locking process can be ended immediately by pressing the radio remote control and the convertible top switch in the interior. KUFATEC GmbH & Co.
