The Sound Booster simulates a large-volume engine (V6 / V8) or develops its own sound characteristics - the Active Sound System thus offers the perfect solution for a sonorous exhaust sound at the push of a button.

KUFATEC manufactures the Sound Booster for almost every car brand and model. The requirement is a motor CAN bus system. The universal complete set for interior assembly for other car brands is installed inside the vehicle (usually spare wheel well). An approx. 60 mm hole has to be drilled here so that the resonance tube can reach the outside.
With the EXTENDED version, you receive the Maserati control unit instead of Audi as the external sound module (ESM).

• the noise generator simulates a large-volume engine and drowns out, in part, the typical TDI noise
• this sound is not achieved with any sports exhaust system

• LED status display for easy installation
• You can choose between 6 sound profiles
• Profile 1 offers a very subtle sound, for noise-sensitive areas
• Sound profile selection either with a button, radio remote control or via buttons integrated in the vehicle
• we recommend installing the button in the front area (e.g. in the driver's footwell)
• Adaptation of profiles and maps using freely available software

Note:

E s This is a universal complete set for indoor installation - when mounted, must be a 60 mm hole made to the outside of the resonance tube of sound booster.
The typical installation location for internal assembly is the spare wheel well.
