Ampire FLEET 300 - GPS Fleet Management System / Logbook (GPRS)

One of the cheapest GPS fleet management system / logbook systems on the market is the FLEET300 from AMPIRE. The vehicles send the position and speed to a server every 30 seconds via the GPRS system. You only need an internet-enabled computer to operate it. The vehicles can be constantly checked and located wherever a GSM network is available. The FLEET300 also has a message input (Input 3) which, for example, switches on a status (taxi sign), alarm or error message on the map overview. Installation in a vehicle is simple and can be easily retrofitted.

The FLEET300 is operated very simply and intuitively using the FLEET300 software (free download: http://fleet.ampire.de) After logging in, the fleet manager has a complete overview of the vehicle in real time on a map. A route history of all trips made is also shown. The position of the vehicles is automatically updated every 30 seconds.

Order

• When placing an order, the activation form must be filled in and sent to us by post in the original with the SEPA core direct debit mandate. The device is then delivered preconfigured to the user.

activation

• When the FLEET300 and the SATMAPS flat rate are put into operation for the first time, an activation fee of EUR 49.99 (EUR 42.01 plus VAT) will be charged once per system by the end customer to Ampire Electronics GmbH & Co.KG. This activation fee already includes the operating costs for the first month.

Running costs

• The FLEET300 is delivered including a customer-specific and fully configured SIM card. To operate this SIM card, a SATMAPS flat rate contract is concluded between Ampire Electronics GmbH & Co.KG and the end customer for EUR 9.90 (EUR 8.32 plus 19% VAT) per month.

accounting

• Monthly (from 10 vehicles), semi-annually (2%) and annually (4%). We grant a discount of 2% for half-yearly and 4% for annual payment in advance. In the event of an overpayment after the end of the contract, we create a credit note and pay the amount back.

payment

• The activation fee and the monthly flat rate are paid exclusively by SEPA direct debit. We grant a discount of 2% for half-yearly and 4% for annual payment in advance.

termination

• The SATMAPS flat rate can be terminated in writing at any time at the end of the following month. In the event of an overpayment after the end of the contract, we create a credit note and pay the amount back.

Important NOTE

• The FLEET300 cannot be operated with a conventional SIM card. Removing the integrated, sealed SIM card voids the warranty and the device can only be activated at the factory for a fee.

• An internet-enabled computer with installed MICROSOFT Windows software. All Windows updates must be installed and the date and time from the computer must be set correctly.
