Retrofit kit MEDIA-IN for connecting an external data carrier (iPod, mp3 player or USB mass storage device) to vehicles that have the following radio navigation systems:

Volkswagen:

• RCD 310
• RCD 510 (not for devices with index AA / ..AB)
• RNS 310
• RNS 315
• RNS 510 (only for devices with index ..A or higher)

NOTE VW Phaeton 3D: Only suitable from chassis number 3D-9-100-001 (facelift)

Skoda:

• Columbus
• bolero
• swing

Not suitable for vehicles with factory-installed CD changer.
If the vehicle is equipped with an AUX-IN socket at the factory, this can continue to be used.
Control of the external source (depending on the device), as well as display of music tracks and playlists in the factory radio navigation system.
