What is the difference between OFCu and ECu copper?

The difference comes from the production of the individual wires, with OFCu (with a purity of 99.95%) being oxygen-free copper (not deoxidized) and ECu (with a purity of 99.90%) is called oxygen-containing copper.
For single wires from 0.07 to 0.15mm, OFCu is used and from 0.20 to 0.30mm, ECu copper is used.
