Product information STP Qattara - Multilayer insulation mat for noise reduction

The new STP Multilayer Qattara is a highly effective material for reducing noise in vehicles.
Ideal for high-quality audio installations and significantly reducing driving noise and road noise.

Structure of the multilayer mat:

  •  soft deck sends
  •  Sound-absorbing heavy layer
  •  Sound-absorbing layer made of foam
  •  adhesive layer

The use of two radically different mechanisms in one product results in a powerful synergy effect for sound level reduction (sound insulation and sound attenuation).
Important: Mulltilayer material is always applied to vibration-damping material (e.g. STP Black Silver) to achieve the best result.
