KIT-HALO-VW303 - 1-DIN Alpine Halo and 2-DIN installation set with CAN to UART interface for VW
With the installation kit KIT-HALO-VW303 you can install a 1-DIN Alpine Halo system (INE-F904D, INE-F904DC, iLX-F905D, iLX-F115D) or a 2-DIN car radio with and without navigation like the iLX-705D, INE-W720D or INE-W720DC perfectly install into a compatible Volkswagen T5 or T6 .
The KIT-HALO-VW303 features a CAN-to-UARTinterface with steering wheel remote control button support (latest data protocol including SIRI and OK Google support). It also supports the display in the instrument cluster (MFA) as well as the visual parking indicator (PDC) and the air conditioning/heating indicator (HVAC). Additionally, you get an analog signal output from the CAN bus for ignition, Parking brake, speed pulse and reversing signal.
An antenna adapter with phantom power and a power quadlock adapter are also included. You can even connect the original VW/Skoda/Seat microphone and the rear view camera directly with the wiring harness and continue using it.
