HELIX CFMK200 UNI.1 (FDM)
FlexMount is a fastening system based on specially developed adapter rings. This allows you to easily install your 200 mm HELIX COMPOSE woofer in the original installation position of the vehicle in an acoustically optimized manner.
The adapter rings are manufactured in-house using the latest FDM 3D printing process. The special material used is perfectly tailored to automotive use and is particularly characterized by its extremely high strength and rigidity. Due to the special material properties, our FlexMount adapters are very resistant to weather, UV radiation, oils and greases. In addition, it covers the extremely wide automotive temperature range from -40° C to over + 90° C, which guarantees durability and dimensional stability even under the most difficult conditions.
