Ampire KC203-SIL - Rear view camera, NTSC, silver

The KC203 surface-mounted camera is a rear view/surveillance camera with unlimited application areas in cars, buses, mobile homes, trucks and trailers or for monitoring properties, buildings and rooms. The aluminum housing is weatherproof, waterproof and very sturdy. You can choose between a white (KC203WHI), black (KC203BLK) or silver version (KC203SIL). The 10 integrated infrared diodes, which switch on automatically at dusk, enable surveillance in absolute darkness. Delivery includes a bracket and 10m connection cable. The standard image display is "mirrored" and can be switched to "normal".

Important Note on installation

When cleaning the vehicle, avoid direct contact of the camera with high-pressure cleaners. Do not install the camera at the front of the vehicle to avoid damage to the camera, e.g. from loose chippings from vehicles driving ahead. The camera is not suitable for continuous operation or for monitoring. It must not be operated with ignition (K15), as this could damage the camera due to overheating.

Legal notice

An increase in vehicle dimensions, with the exception of cars and motorcycles, must be registered and must be assessed immediately by the technical inspection center or an officially recognized monitoring organization (DEKRA, GTÜ, KÜS, TÜV). Before installing or converting, ask an officially recognized expert for motor vehicle traffic or a test engineer from a monitoring organization whether the operating license will be affected or whether the change can be approved at all. The return of a used camera for credit is not possible.

Important note

The connection cable of the KC203 is compatible with the connection cable of the KC202 but not with the connection cable of the KC201 and KC200.
