APF-D100VW

Many car manufacturers have started to display certain vehicle information on the original radio screen. Although replacing the original radio does not affect this function, the customer wants to retain the visualization of the functions. The APF-V100VW is our solution that allows the customer to see the display while operating the heating, air conditioning or when parking. The steering wheel remote control and display adapter is already integrated in this interface. For all Alpine AV or AVN devices with a direct camera input.
All important vehicle functions in compatible Volkswagen vehicles are retained. You can use the steering wheel remote control buttons to operate the corresponding functions of the Alpine radio, you can see the current radio stations in the MFA and get a visualization of the parking aid and air conditioning and heating controls. If the vehicle is equipped with a factory sound system, the amplifier is automatically recognized and the APF-V100VW allows the amplifier settings to be made.

Note: The settings of the APF-V100VW are made using the buttons on the steering wheel. Although the interface also works in vehicles that do not have steering wheel buttons, the settings cannot be made in these vehicles. We therefore recommend that you do not use it in these vehicles!

Supports the basic functions of the original steering wheel remote control, including the answer/hang up phone function. When using APF-V100VW, the full functionality of the multifunction display in the vehicle is retained.
The comfort functions, such as optical parking aid (PDC), air conditioning and heating are still displayed (if available).
