With its vehicle-specific front, the Z-E2055 integrates perfectly into the compatible Volkswagen models. Networked with the vehicle electronics via CAN bus, convenience functions such as MFA / MFA +, multifunction steering wheel or the displays of OPS and Climatronic are supported.
The E> GO impresses with its large, capacitive, touch-sensitive 9 "/ 22.9 cm TFT screen made of real glass and, last but not least, with its row of hard keys on the front of the device, with which the Z-E2055 can be operated completely intuitively while driving.

Notes on the Bluetooth hands-free function

The Z-E2055 uses a modern Bluetooth solution from Sunplus, which was developed for automotive use. The module supports the Bluetooth 4.2 profile, which ensures a high level of compatibility of the ZENEC Z-E2055 with the Bluetooth functions relevant to the use of the device with current smartphone brands and models.
Exceptions to Bluetooth function or profile components that do not want to run correctly usually come from a provider-specific smartphone firmware (third-party provider).
In order to be absolutely sure that a given smartphone understands the relevant BT functions of the target device, it is advisable to check the device combination in an authorized specialist retailer before buying it.
Additional information:
Some smartphones require a confirmation to enable access to the phonebook contact list. Release is done manually by the user where necessary.
If you encounter connection problems, always check whether a newer firmware version is available for your smartphone and install it. After a smartphone update, you should delete the previous device pairing on the device, restart the smartphone and pair it again.

Vehicle compatibility

• For vehicles with Quadlock II system or also for Quadlock III vehicles (see below) with the separately available Quadlock III cable set N-ZE2055-QL3.
• The Z-E2055 replaces the following device models ex works: VW RNS 210/310/315/510 and RCD 310/315/510.
• Functionality is based on the availability of function-specific CAN data.
• Webasto parking heaters are not supported.
