The iLX-F905T61 Alpine Halo9 - now in the second generation of the popular Alpine Halo product line. It impresses with a high-resolution 9-inch WXGA touchscreen in HD quality and is suitable for practically any vehicle with a 1-DIN or 2-DIN installation opening. Once installed, the super-slim display appears to simply float above your dashboard and can be individually adjusted (height, depth, tilt) for optimal operation and readability. 
With this car radio, you can enjoy Apple CarPlay Wireless and Android Auto (wired) functions as well as DAB+ digital radio, USB video, Hi-Res audio and a Bluetooth hands-free system with audio streaming and much more. The Alpine Halo9 has become one of the most popular car radios in the world and has received numerous industry awards for its outstanding concept and design. Alpine has further developed this successful car radio and made it even more attractive. The 2nd generation of the Alpine Halo9 has a high-resolution HD touchscreen, Apple CarPlay Wireless, two USB ports, further perfected sound quality and many other innovations and improvements.

9-inch WXGA touchscreen in HD quality

The large 23 cm (9-inch) HD touchscreen has a resolution of 1280 x 720p (WXGA) - this means that symbols, menus and visual content are now displayed even more clearly and vividly in your dashboard. The continuously tiltable screen is firmly attached to the 1-DIN housing and can be inserted into almost all 1-DIN or 2-DIN openings.

Apple CarPlay Wireless

For even more convenience, the iLX-F905D offers wireless connection to the iPhone via Apple CarPlay Wireless. This allows iPhone users to keep their phone in their pocket in the vehicle and conveniently make calls, check and answer text messages, use music apps and even navigate. Apple CarPlay is accessed via the capacitive touchscreen or the voice selection button to activate Siri voice control.

2x USB ports

The Alpine Halo9 does not have a mechanical drive (CD/DVD) and offers you the necessary media variety on your travels with two USB ports. For example, you can use the USB ports on the back of the device to connect a mobile device for charging, while you can use the second USB port to connect a USB stick or hard drive to access audio and video files.

Adjustable display

With five height settings, a free angle of inclination and two separate depth settings, you can adjust the display to the optimal position. This way you can still ensure access to your controls and ventilation openings in the dashboard. For optimal readability and to avoid sun reflections, the display can be continuously adjusted in inclination at any time.

The world's first head unit with an integrated Class D amplifier

The iLX-F905D is the world's first head unit for the aftermarket that has an integrated Class D amplifier with 4x 50 watts of power. This amplifier has excellent high-end sound reproduction with extremely reduced noise and barely measurable phase shifts. The main advantage of Class D amplifier technology is the high efficiency of around 90%, compared to 50-70% for Class AB amplifiers. A new cooling concept with internal heat sinks ensures that your Alpine Halo11 always has the right working temperature - and plays your favorite music.

Enjoy the excellent sound quality

With a parametric 56-band equalizer, the digital crossover, a digital 6-channel time delay correction and several Bass Engine SQ presets and MediaXpander sound tuning options, you have excellent options at your disposal to perfectly tune your Alpine Halo9 car radio or connected amplifier/speaker systems. But that's not all: The Alpine Halo9 is Hi-Res Audio certified and can decode and play Hi-Res Audio files up to 96 kHz / 1,536 kbps from uncompressed USB sources with formats such as FLAC, WAV and APE.

Varied entertainment options

The completely newly developed 1.5x DAB+/FM/AM tuner enables switching between DAB and FM and lets you enjoy seamless radio reception without interruptions. In addition to the extended USB video playback formats (MP4, MOV, FLV, MKV), the Alpine Halo11 offers many additional entertainment options. The integrated Bluetooth module allows you to use audio streaming from your phone and an HDMI input allows you to connect an external video playback device.

Vehicle data bus connection

If your vehicle is equipped with parking sensors and, you can still use these handy features with your iLX-F905D. Alpine offers many vehicle data bus connections to connect your Alpine Halo9 to your vehicle's data bus system. This enables compatibility with your vehicle's steering wheel remote control, display of the air conditioning settings as well as display of the parking sensors.

Parking assist technology

The optional rear view camera systems offer even more safety with the latest camera technology. The rear view camera is automatically activated when reversing and interrupts the audio signal so that you can still hear the parking sensors. Not only do you have a clear view to the rear, but you also have special guide lines. You can even activate a hitch guide line to make hooking up your trailer much easier. A camera direct button is provided for quick camera access while driving.

External volume control with camera activation

The separately available RUE-BK01 volume control connects wirelessly to the Alpine Halo9 via Bluetooth and can be mounted on the left or right side of the touchscreen. Alternatively, you can mount the rotary knob anywhere in the vehicle. Turning the knob adjusts the volume of the head unit. Pressing the knob activates the rear view camera on the screen while driving. Note: This volume button is not active when Apple CarPlay Wireless function is activated.
