switch is only available for head unit versions RNS-E (A3, A4),
VW MFD2, RNS2. This feature is only working for CAN-bus
transmitted rear signal. Connection of a RVC in case of head unit
VW RNS 510 only possible from multimedia interface (Plus version) hardware 3.1
