Modern infotainment for your motor home, camper van or commercial vehicle: The XZENT X-F285 is tailor-made for the current FORD Transit (MY2019.75).

The X-F285 integrates perfectly into the dashboard of this vehicle model and offers the latest navigation and entertainment functions.

The large capacitive 9"/22.9 cm real glass touchscreen display enables simple, intuitive and completely safe operation of the device, even while driving.

Optimal vehicle integration

The XZENT X-F285 harmonises perfectly with the look of the dashboard. In addition to the fit of the device, the lighting color of the buttons in ice blue or white is coordinated with the cockpit lighting.

Large 9 inch capacitive screen

The X-F285 has a large capacitive 9"/22.9 cm touchscreen display (1024 x 600 pixels) with a glass surface. The display impresses with high luminosity, clarity and natural color reproduction.

Navigation packages X-MAP27-MH1/-MH3

With the optional navigation packages X-MAP27-MH1 and X-MAP27-MH3, the X-F285 can easily be upgraded to the best-equipped naviceiver for motorhomes.

USE SMARTPHONES CONVENIENTLY

You can dock your iPhone directly to the X-F285 via the USB port - the XZENT then supports Apple CarPlay. Telephoning, navigating, sending and receiving messages or listening to music - you can control all supported functions conveniently via Siri voice control or via the large display. The pre-installed AndroidLink app enables the screen content of Android smartphones to be mirrored on the infotainer display and direct control of the mirrored apps via the X-F285's touchscreen.

Works with Apple CarPlay

The X-F285 supports Apple CarPlay, a smart, safe and fun way to use an iPhone in the vehicle. CarPlay lets you make calls, navigate, listen to music, and access messages with Siri voice control.

AndroidLink

The AndroidLink app for Android smartphones integrated on the XZENT enables the mobile phone display to be mirrored onto the infotainer display and thus direct control of the app functions via the X-F285 touchscreen.

USB, DAB+ AND FM: YOUR ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAM ON THE GO

With its integrated DAB+ tuner, the X-F285 ensures the best mobile entertainment and digital radio reception par excellence. In areas where no DAB+ network is available, the powerful FM RDS tuner enables excellent reception of conventional FM stations.

DAB+ twin tuner

The X-F285 has a DAB+ twin tuner with MOT slideshow, dynamic station list, DAB-DAB service following and DLS text. In addition to these comfort functions, the clear digital radio reception and the ease of use are additional plus points.

FM RDS Radio

The integrated FM RDS tuner of the X-F285 has a software DSP, which ensures clear, stable radio reception even with weaker stations. The radio stations can be stored in 18 preset stations.

Audio/Video Playback

Two USB ports on the back of the device, Made for iPod/iPhone, HDMI input - the XZENT is well equipped to play back the latest A/V formats.

Bluetooth hands-free + music streaming

Thanks to echo cancellation and noise reduction, the modern, easy-to-use Bluetooth 4.2 module impresses with its high voice quality. The import of up to 1000 phone book contacts, each with 3 phone numbers and a search function are just as much a part of the comfort functions as A2DP music streaming with AVRCP from smartphones.

Connection steering wheel remote control

The X-F285 directly supports the Ford Transit steering wheel remote control functions of MY.2019.75 models. The buttons are connected via the CAN / SWC interface

Rear view camera connectors

The X-F285 has two RCA inputs (Cam1/Cam2) for connecting and controlling two cameras with switched power supply and marshalling/switching function. You can display auxiliary lines for better distance estimation.

CAM direct selection sensor button

In addition to the ALT button, which is configurable via the system menu, the X-F285 also has a CAM direct selection button on the front panel, which allows manual control of the rear camera system.

OPTIONAL NAVIGATION PACKAGES FOR XZENT X-F285

Two navigation packages are optionally available for the X-F285, which specifically supplement the infotainer to become a motorhome naviceiver: X-MAP27-MH1 with 1 year of free map updates and X-MAP27-MH3 with 3 years of free map updates. Both navigation packages include maps of 47 EU countries, an extensive P.O.I. CampingSchaf database (multilingual, lifetime license) with information on more than 20,000 campsites and a premium P.O.I. Database with more than 6.5 million points of interest. The X-F285 has the DAB TPEG function to display traffic events faster and more accurately using Free TPEG data (country-specific coverage). The NextGen navigation engine enables the input of vehicle-specific profile data (length, width, height, weight and trailer) in order to calculate the route precisely, while also avoiding roads and bridges that are unsuitable for motorhomes.
