Very compact 2-CH Diversity DVB-T Tuner
You can also have digital TV in your car:with the ZE-DVBT40, a very compact DVB-T tuner is added to the accessory range. The ZE-DVBT40 has been designed to work with the E>GO series naviceivers and the new ZENEC 2-DIN models launching in 2011, respectively. Operation with these is easy via touchscreen control. The ZE-DVBT40 cannot be used as a standalone model with other moniceivers or naviceivers.
The clearest benefits of the ZE-DVBT40 are a very compact design and the fair price in view of the extent of the functionality.
ZENEC's new digital TV receiver, a full feature model with the best chipset solution from DibCom, the leading provider of DVB-T technology, meets the most demanding performance requirements. Designed as a 2-CH diversity model, the ZE-DVBT40 enables outstanding reception and ensures consistently stable picture and sound quality ? even at high speed on highways.
Manual and automatic station search, an electronic program guide (EPG), teletext and 300 TV station presets have by now become standard for DVB-T tuners. In addition, the ZE-DVBT40 can also track channels with AFS (Automatic Frequency Switching):when the vehicle goes outside a reception area and the signal becomes too weak, a new scan is automatically made, during which the best available frequency for the selected station is searched for and placed in the station list. The tiresome manual search of new frequencies for TV stations is therefore completely done away with.
The brilliant, clean picture quality and very smart GUI (Graphic User Interface), together with the simple operation, make the ZE-DVBT40 the ideal partner for ZENEC's E>GOs.
The two DVB-T active antennas shipped with the set are to the latest standard with 5 V phantom power feed. Very compact and simple to install, they offer good reception.
