HiFONICS BASS POWER PACKAGE

There are many complete packages on the market, it is difficult to find your way around. Our tip: Don't just rely on the wattage, because the power consumed (e.g. that of a box) and the power output (e.g. that of an amplifier) are often added for advertising purposes. It is important, however, what comes out in the end, no matter how much watt you use for it. The result is called sound pressure or thrust or translated bass fun and is measured in decibels (dB). In the case of the Mercury package, you can look forward to 141dB sound pressure in a medium-sized vehicle and therefore have a lot of fun (measured with the Term-Lab system at 52 Hz in a VW Golf V).

Another highlight:

Since the set includes a 4-channel amp, the two 2 x 125 watt front channels are available for controlling the front speakers after connecting the subwoofer to channels 3 + 4. By the way: 10 dB are generally perceived as double acoustic volume!
