The energy of the MPK 165P.3 car speaker system in the low-mid tones enables a unique listening experience, especially when combined with a powerful subwoofer.
The electroacoustic parameters of the MP 165P.3 woofer have been shaped to give it the pure and robust sound of an authentic mid-bass, designed for highly dynamic systems.
The balance of the MPK 165P.3's tone is the responsibility of the MPCX 2P.3 crossover, which has a copper inductor with a 1 mm diameter wire,
to filter the MP 165P.3, which requires high impulse currents with its nominal 3 Ω.
The 12dB/octave crossover of the MP 25.3 tweeter is manufactured with extremely high quality bi-metallized 160V polyester film capacitors and an air coil inductor. The level control (0/+2.5 dB) of the tweeter (MP 25.3) offers the possibility to adapt the system radiation to the listener's preferences, taking into account the installation position of the components.
