Particularly strong drive
The S Series speakers have a large voice coil. The 16.5 cm (6.5-inch) and 16 x 24 cm (6x9-inch) models feature a 35 mm voice coil. These large voice coils increase power consumption and enhance music playback.

CFRP membrane
The S Series speakers are one of the first in the industry to use the material called CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic). It is a very light and yet stiff material. In a normal oval shape, the surface is naturally not as stable due to the shape of the edge as in the center. Since the CFRP material is malleable, it can be rolled out during processing so that it is distributed appropriately and all areas are then equally loadable. The result is a balanced stiffness of the membrane, which offers a much better resilience.
