H.A.M.R. - Multi-roll surround
The H.A.M.R. Multi-Roll (High Amplitude Multi-Roll) beading allows maximum linear deflection for maximum sound pressure levels while stabilizing diaphragm movement throughout the stroke for maximum bass response.

Highest stability
Alpine uses high performance neodymium magnets and a very sturdy basket for the new R series speakers. This means that the magnet can be much smaller compared to conventional speakers. This requires a much smaller installation depth and very little space inside the vehicle door.

Excellent sound properties
The all-new voice coil is made of aluminum unlike traditional speakers. The advantage is a much better reproduction of the finest details, especially in the middle frequency range.

A special cone focuses the sound
Alpine has developed a phase correction element for the diaphragm that further enhances sound quality. It is placed in the middle of the membrane surface and prevents the phase distortion of the sound waves. This focuses the sound for maximum clarity.

Shapely and stable cover
To all speakers we deliver very stable and attractive speaker covers, including a high-quality incorporated logo.

Versatile mounting shots
For optimal and easy installation in many vehicles, universal mounting fixtures are included, including an adapter for hole cutouts with the special dimension of 15 x 20 cm (6 x 8 inches).

Optimal adjustment options
The outsourced crossover is very compact and easy to install. Simply slide the cover open to access the tweeter setting (0 dB / -2 dB / -4 dB / - 6 dB). This allows you to achieve a perfect balance between woofer and tweeter in your vehicle.

Swiveling tweeter
Both component and coaxial models include a pivoting ring dome tweeter that reduces phase problems at non-optimal mounting locations. It is manually adjustable for the best sound positioning at the listening position. The tweeter of the R-S65C can also be installed or built separately. All installation materials are included in the delivery.
