Musway MS-6.2T - 25mm Hochtöner

With the MS series, MUSWAY has developed sophisticated speakers that are equipped with fine and very effective details. The innovative paper composite membranes with a bamboo fiber structure, which have a very high internal damping, are particularly outstanding. The advantage of this is the very linear frequency response of the bass midrange speakers. This means that simple 6 dB crossovers can be used, which have the best possible pulse behavior of all crossover types. Powerful, up to 11 ounce Y30 magnetic drives with ventilated voice coils ensure high efficiency up to 90 dB at 1 W / 1m. Also worth mentioning are the very efficient yet fine-drawing 25 mm neodymium tweeters, which are very compact with a diameter of just 42 mm. They can be installed either as surface-mounted or built-in variants. The crossovers separated in 2-way are also very compact and space-saving to install.

As with the component systems of the MS series, the three coaxial models also impress thanks to the paper-bamboo membrane with linear frequency response and dynamic impulse behavior. Here too, very large magnetic drives weighing up to 11 ounces are installed, which optimally dissipate the heat and ensure the high efficiency of the 3 ohm loudspeakers. For the higher tones, 20 mm fabric neodymium tweeters are used in the two larger models, with the 10 cm measuring MS42 the developers chose light Mylar neodymium dome heads that deliver the best sound. The MS speakers have a sound neutrality that is second to none.
