Hifonics ZS6.2E - 16,5cm 2-Wege Compo

The ZEUS 2-way 16.5 cm Kompo-System ZX6.2C was chosen in the trade magazine Car & Hifi 1/2019 with great performance as the test winner in the top class. The honeycomb composite membranes used and the neodymium fabric tweeters, which are now also used in the ZEUS ZS systems, play a major role in the very good sound reproduction. The three offshoots of the test winner ZX6.2C are available in basket sizes 16.5, 13 and 10 cm. In addition to the high-quality sandwich diaphragm from the ZX series, the same heavy-duty voice coils are used that are particularly generous at 30 mm in the 16.5 cm top model ZS6.2E. All ZEUS ZS component loudspeakers are equipped with removable magnetic boats and are supplied in pairs with a perforated sheet metal grille set.

Another highlight of the ZS systems is the 25 mm ZX6.2T fabric tweeter with coupling volume. The tweeter, which is already known from the test winner set ZX6.2C, does not have to be connected via a complex and large crossover as usual - the deep natural resonance of the construction allows the use of an installation-friendly 12 dB cable crossover in conjunction with the honeycomb loudspeakers. The result is a top sound image that will delight even discerning music lovers.
