The AP 6.5P woofer component is designed to get the best performance from OEM installations. It combines excellent power handling and efficiency with a very large excursion to handle the most important dynamic peaks without compression. The impressive magnetic arrangement provides the energy that is required for perfect control even with limit deflections. The CCAW voice coil (Copper-Clad Aluminum Wire) (32 x 14 mm, 1.25 x 0.55 inches) optimally manages the larger applied power. The basket has been completely redesigned with the help of simulations, and while maintaining its compact size, it reduces the resistance of the airflows to make installation easier.
