16.5 cm (6.5") Plug & Play loudspeaker system for easy replacement of the standard loudspeakers, compatible with Fiat Ducato III, Peugeot Boxer II, Citroen Jumper II, Dodge Ram ProMaster, Opel Movano and identical models: The Compo UG FIAT FD16 impresses with absolute precision and perfect acoustic tuning.
The newly developed membrane made of a paper-fibreglass mixture is processed in a special manufacturing process and is the optimal guarantee for the best possible sound. The fibre mixture is turned into a real high-end membrane by the rib stiffeners: In combination with the extremely powerful ferrite magnet, this ensures exceptional dynamics, punch and the finest details.
The fibreglass-reinforced polyamide plastic basket in the ETON typical double strut design is absolutely Perfect fit and extremely torsion-resistant: The open design also ensures the necessary cooling of the drive system, which is supported by the large core bore. Thanks to 3 ohm voice coil technology and the special design of the woofer, which does not require a separate woofer crossover, the UG FIAT FD16 is particularly efficient - even in combination with factory radios!
In combination, the woofer and the coated 25 mm (1") fabric tweeter form a perfect unit: The finest details are reproduced silky, soft and unobtrusive - tuned for long-distance use thanks to the easy-to-install tweeter cable crossover with level adjustment. Of course, all components have precisely fitting connector plugs or connector sockets.
