The PRA 80 is also an ideal addition to the ETON component systems PRA 16 or PRA 13.
The 80 mm (3") midrange speaker has the ETON-typical powder-coated metal basket in a torsion-resistant, flow-optimized double strut design.
In addition, there is the newly developed PRA membrane made of a rib-reinforced paper-glass fiber mixture - manufactured in a special manufacturing process.
During the manufacturing process, the volume is increased without changing the weight.
The membrane is therefore particularly light and also particularly stiff - the best conditions for dynamic, fine-detail reproduction, extremely precise and to the point!
The PRA 80 is the optimal midrange speaker for an extension to a three-way system: voices are reproduced warmly, full-bodied, precisely contoured and nuanced - with incredible stage depth and spatiality.
The ETON midrange speaker is also level-stable and extremely dynamic thanks to the powerful ferrite magnet with a large core hole!
Note: Without active separation using an active filter in the amplifier or DSP, the optionally available ETON MRX-3W crossover set is required for the connection.
