Two composite systems with which older factory systems or entry-level systems can be exchanged cheaply.
Although designed to be extremely budget-friendly, these systems convince in terms of workmanship and sound with the well-known AXTON quality. The 2-way Compos are equipped with sturdy Euro-DIN baskets and fit easily into the original installation openings of most vehicles - not least because of the sensibly dimensioned strontium ferrite magnets of the woofers / mid-range speakers.
The two composite systems work with very compact inline crossovers that contain the high pass for the tweeter. The bass-midrange drivers play without any soft-side limitation, so the systems are highly efficient and also play very clearly in conjunction with factory radios that offer little amplifier output power, but also very loudly if necessary.
The midwoofers have lightweight, low-resonance injection-molded membranes made of polypropylene, which impress with their high rigidity and high internal damping and stand for precise reproduction in the entire transmission range. There are also light foam surrounds that make the impulse behavior even faster and the mass to be moved even lower.
AXTON's Compos are equipped with a 13 mm neodymium tweeter with a Mylar dome, which guarantees a lively, differentiated high frequency reproduction. With a very compact design, this tweeter can also be placed behind the original high-frequency grilles - available in many vehicles at the factory - without any modification.
