The MERCURY MR bandpass systems are part of a new generation of speakers, where great emphasis has been placed on good bass reproduction with high efficiency and compact dimensions. Since the optics should not be neglected, the woofers were given a chrome surface, which provides beautiful light effects, especially in the optionally blue or white switchable, illuminated inner chambers. The heavy-duty bandpass boxes are equipped with powerful long-throw woofers that have been optimized for outputs up to 800 watts RMS. Somewhat extraordinary is the double bandpass MR8DUAL system.
