The MPS 250 S2 flat subwoofer has been designed to achieve exceptional performance even when very little space is available to install the subwoofer enclosure.
The MPS 250 S2 is optimized for use in ultra-compact, closed enclosures from 14 liters.
A typical example is a subwoofer enclosure under the rear seat of pickup trucks, where space and height are limited.
The MPS 250 subwoofer has an unprecedented depth/power ratio thanks to the impressive diaphragm excursion capacity, 20% higher than a conventional design.
This exceptional goal has been achieved thanks to the ingenious design of the centering with a special support structure for the spider and coil. This solution has made it possible to move the magnet inwards, reducing the depth while maximising the linear deflection of the membrane.
