The Hertz CBA 250 active subwoofer box with the 10-inch driver has a specially adapted high-performance amplification module that improves all the technologies of the passive box, such as the 2S² design (2 sides / 2 sounds), the Plug & Play header and ultra-compact size.
The SSP (Sub Smart Plug) header block features a single plug & Play connector to be able to disconnect the box easily and safely.
The amplifier module, with an output power of 250W RMS, has been designed with He-Li technology (high efficiency / low impedance), which thanks to the absence of the DC -DC voltage amplifier achieves the impressive efficiency of 90%, which comes very close to the theoretical limit of the D-class.
The Butterworth low-pass filter at 12 dB/oct. with variable cut-off frequency (50-200 Hz) can be bypassed when used with an external processor with pre-out output for the sub.
The adjustable bass boost control (0 ÷ 6 dB) at 45 Hz allows the user to emphasize playback on the lower side of the spectrum, and the phase control (0 - 180°) completes the features.
The high-level speaker input on the multi-pin connector facilitates integration with OEM audio systems, while the low -Level input on the RCA is intended for connection to after-market sources.

• ART switch-on function (Automatic Remote Turn-On) selectable from: remote-in, hi-level, audio signal.
• Ultra low profile (6.22" / 158mm) box in air suspension designed to take full advantage of the power of the 10" driver.
• Down-facing feet with velcro inserts for a secure hold on the carpet and extremely easy removal.
• Rounded corners allow for easy placement in the trunk and act as a reinforcement to reduce cabinet resonance.
• The exclusive design of the membrane, the dust cap and the basket geometry to achieve a large linear displacement (9mm in one direction) and to reduce the depth required for mounting to a minimum.
• Includes HRC AP remote control.
• A sturdy metal grille is included to fully protect the subwoofer driver.
