The flat, active subwoofer enclosure DBA 201 F, optimized with FEM simulation, ensures superior performance and maximizes subwoofer performance with a super-slim size .
The massive magnet of the 8 inch driver ensures optimal control at the highest diaphragm deflection.
Advanced controls for fine tuning in the car
With the built-in 24 dB/Oct. Low-pass crossover filter with variable crossover frequency (50-150 Hz) allows you to perfectly match the DBA 201 F to your speaker system.
Adjustable bass boost (0-6dB@45Hz) can add bass response at will, allowing correction for OEM sound equalization.
The phase switch (0/180°) allows you to optimize the phase alignment between the DBA 201 F and your speaker system, regardless of the position of the subwoofer in the car.
The subsonic filter (15 Hz @ 24 dB/octave) protects the membrane from over-deflection and the amplifiers from overheating.
The input sensitivity control is the perfect tool to maximize the overall output level of the system while avoiding clipping.
Automatic power on and standby mode
The built-in Audio sense circuitry allows the DBA 201 F to automatically power on and time out into standby mode.
You can turn off the signal detection function if a remote power-on cable is available.
The 440W Class -D amplifier offers an unmatched power to size ratio and draws less current from the vehicle's electrical system.
He-Li (High Efficiency/Low Impedance) technology is for the 0.4 Ω load of the DBA 201 Subwoofer driver and closed housing.
The DBA 201 F can handle speaker level signals up to 30 volts (1.2 V - 30 V RMS), integrates a USS for OEM systems and also processes RCA line levels -Signals (0.2 mV - 5 V RMS) from aftermarket systems.
Thanks to the low quiescent current and wide operating voltage (6.5 V - 18 V), the DBA 201 F is completely EV friendly (Electrical Vehicle ).
