For those who want to add powerful, hard-hitting bass performance to their vehicle but don't have the space for a subwoofer, the Alpine R-Series Shallow Subwoofer offers the same fun and loud sound you're used to - now in a shallow subwoofer that will fit in most vehicles.
Extreme Performance
Don't let the size fool you - the R-Series Shallow Subwoofers feature the same diaphragm movement (20mm) as the subwoofers of the R2 series and offer superior performance in a flat woofer design. At the heart of the R-Series Shallow subwoofers is the 4-inch voice coil with a power handling of 600W RMS, which is driven by a powerful neodymium magnet.
Powerful bass reproduction
Thanks to the lightweight but strong aluminum diaphragm, the R-Series Shallow subwoofer can transmit sound quickly and with minimal distortion, providing a hard-hitting yet smooth bass performance.
Precise bass control
Alpine's "Gen2 DD-Linear Magnetic Circuit" technology, a compact and efficient dual-gap voice coil structure, enables better and linear control of the voice coil, resulting in lower distortion and precise bass control.
High-quality and complex construction
The R-Series shallow subwoofers are equipped with a die-cast aluminum basket, which ensures a rigid and robust construction to ensure high energy transfer and reduce any resonance of the frame.
Speaker grille
With the optional grille KTE-RS10G (sold separately), you can round off the look of your individual installation with a visual highlight while ensuring the protection of your subwoofers.
