With the HELIX IK S subwoofers, the realization of particularly flat and compact housing designs is no longer a problem.
The extremely low installation depth opens up new installation options that do not require any acoustic compromises.
But above all, thanks to the use of large voice coils and the low resonance frequency, the HELIX IK S series delivers an absolutely superior bass performance that is in no way inferior to larger woofers.
Attention to detail and clearly thought out
The extremely torsion-resistant sandwich paper membrane in conjunction with our heavy-duty drive system converts amplifier power into powerful sound pressure in no time at all without compression effects, but also demonstrates sensitivity with subtle beats.
Special highlight: The magnet system has a threaded hole on the back, allowing the woofer to be screwed to the rear panel of the housing.
Since every millimeter of depth counts in flat designs, housing vibrations are effectively reduced even with low wall thicknesses.
Flexible connection
Due to the design as a 1 x 2 Ohm (SVC2) or 2 x 2 Ohm (DVC2) variant, the right deep bass specialist can be found for every amplifier configuration in order to be able to get the maximum performance.

In addition to the high-quality housing connection terminal with gold-plated screw connections, a solid protective grille and a cover ring are also included in the delivery.
For optimal bass performance in DIY installations, our technical data sheet includes recommendations for closed and bass reflex enclosures with all parameters such as net volume, tunnel tuning frequency or DSP settings.
