Ampire BOLD6 - 16.5cm subwoofer

These extremely high-quality subwoofers from the BOLD series are the key to clean and powerful sound reproduction in the lowest frequency range, even at very high volumes.

Of course, these are optimally designed for combination with the other Ampire component speakers - this guarantees you a clean and harmonious sound across all frequency ranges, even at high sound pressure.

The cone is made of very light, high-strength fiberglass sandwich composite material and the specially developed butyl rubber surround creates an extremely linear frequency response. The significantly oversized voice coil works very efficiently and is optimally cooled in the unconventional magnetic drive. Despite its compact size, this subwoofer can also reproduce frequencies below 50 Hz very cleanly.

The ventilation opening on the back of the magnet was designed to be as large as possible and provided with a rounded edge that effectively minimizes flow noise and optimizes the required pressure equalization.
