This generation of Alpine S-Series amplifiers was developed to take your in-vehicle music experience to the next level without breaking the bank. With a sleek new design and improved features over their predecessors, these amplifiers offer exceptional performance and power at an unrivalled price. The S2-A120M mono amplifier from our current S-Series makes it very easy to produce great bass in your vehicle. This amplifier delivers up to 1200 watts RMS power at 2 ohms. With this enormous output power, you can even drive several subwoofers simultaneously from a single amplifier. A variable bass boost allows you to add extra power to the low frequencies for even more fun. You can even add an optional wired remote to control the bass level from your front seat.
A built-in low-pass filter gives you control over the subwoofer's frequency range. The amplifier features preamp and speaker inputs, so you can install it in almost any vehicle. Even one with a factory radio. When using the speaker inputs, the amplifier can detect the incoming signal and turn on automatically, so there is no need to run a separate power cable to the amplifier.
The S-Series amplifiers are available in two mono, one 4-channel and one 5-channel version.

The S-Series amplifiers now have a new selectable remote circuit. This allows the sensitivity of the remote control to be set in three stages using a switch. This ensures that the amplifier always switches on and off at the right time. This design is critical for newer vehicle technologies and allows for proper integration into any factory or aftermarket system.
Good usability
The amplifier has been designed with the controls on the sides to facilitate access to the gain and frequency settings when installed under the vehicle seats or at a shallow depth. Removable end caps conceal the side controls and connectors, giving the amplifier a clean, sleek design.
